Skills for Life

1st Weston Green (All Saints) Scout Group is one of eleven groups that make up the Esher District Scouts. As well as running our own exciting programme of weekly meetings and off-site events, we participate in District and County events, which include annual camps and jamborees with thousands of young people, day and night hikes, cross-country runs, and competitions ranging from cooking to first aid to air rifle shooting.

Welcome to 1st Weston Green

First Weston Green Scouts is a small but very active scout group based at All Saints Weston (the White Church).

We have four sections – Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorer Scouts – for boys and girls from age 6 to 18. Each section meets weekly during school terms on a weekday evening for an hour or two of fun indoor or outdoor activities. We also lay on a full program of camps and other events, some for an individual section and others for the whole group.

Adult volunteers

The Scouts award-winning training scheme for volunteers means that adults get as much from Scouts as young people.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
