Cubs Centenary 2016

posted 29 May 2017, 13:41 by Carole Needham
To celebrate 100 years of Cub Scouts, Esher District installed a Totem Pole at Polyapes Camp Site which was unveiled at the District Cub Activity Afternoon.  The Totem Pole is not meant to look like a Native American totem pole but is modern in its design. It depicts the history, the experiences and fun of Cub Scouts from Esher District and will be a lasting legacy to the next generations of Esher Cubs and something of a wonder to look at while at Polyapes Campsite.
